皮肤显微图像的自适应分割

摘要: 提出了一种针对皮肤显微图像进行自适应分割的方法,其思想是:首先将RGB 图像变化到HSI(Hue/Saturation/Intensity)空间;计算图像的S 域标准差σ,以σ 为判据,当σ 较大时,采用最大类间方差法确定分割阈值,当σ 较小时,采用修正均值法确定分割阈值,最后用数学形态法进行图像后处理完成图像分割,从而解决了大动态范围图像标准差的图像分割。该方法算法简单、实用,实现了不同症状的皮肤显微图像的自适应分割。

Abstract: A method is presented for adaptive segmentation of skin micro-image in this paper. Firstly, the RGB image is transferred to HSI model,then segmentation methods of different skin micro-image are automatically selected, which is based on σ , standard difference of S value. When σ is larger, it uses max-variance method to determine threshold, and when σ is less, it uses corrected-mean method to determine threshold. Finally symptoms are successfully post-processed from skin micro-image by using mathematic morphology
