摘要: 介绍了WebGIS 的一些功能与特点,阐述了如何对重大危险源进行辨识与控制,重点研究关于危险源事故预案的方法、系统数据库的处理技术、XML 的WebGIS 技术和SVG 的图形处理技术。

Abstract: This article introduces some functions and characteristics of WebGIS. It gives some instructions on how to differentiate and control very dangerous matter sources, especially focusing on the methods of the predication of the accidents, the system database technology, the WebGIS technology of XML, and graphics disposing technology of SVG.
