摘要: 数据网格应用的发展和规模的扩大对元数据目录服务的可扩展性提出了更高要求。以基于对象的Globe 系统为理论模型,提出了一种分布式LDAP 元数据目录服务框架,描述了其中的命名服务和定位服务,在定位服务的基础上定义了基本的元数据目录操作。最后对该框架的性能优化和可扩展性进行了详细分析。

Abstract: The development of application and the enlargement of scale in data grid issues a further challenge to the scalability of metadatadirectory service. Based on the theory and model of Globe system, this paper presents a framework for distributed LDAP metadata directory service.The naming and location service in the framework are described and the basic operation of the metadata directory is defined. The optimization andthe scalability in the framework are analyzed in detail.
