摘要: 针对传统状态监测和故障诊断系统的紧耦合、扩展性及伸缩性差等问题,提出一种基于SOA的设备监测、诊断和预测系统模型,能够解决企业内不同软件资源之间的整合问题。在.NET 3.0的基础上,利用WCF技术实现了企业级的设备监测、诊断与预测系统,并将状态预测技术应用到企业现场中。实际应用验证了该体系的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of tight-coupling, poor scalability and flexible for traditional diagnosis system, a model of Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)-based machinery monitoring, diagnosis and prognosis system is proposed, which solves the problem of resource integration. An open and extendable architecture is put forward, which is based on SOA. A Windows Communication Foundation(WCF)-based enterprise monitoring, diagnosis and prediction system is developed and realized with .NET 3.0, and condition prediction methods are applied to industrial field. Practical application vertifies this architecture is effective and useful.
