摘要: 提出了一种新的虹膜预处理方法,即使用联合扩散滤波器对虹膜进行平滑处理,利用其保边光滑的特性提取虹膜内边缘的若干点,再使用3 点确定圆心的方法计算虹膜圆心,最后使用标准Hough 变换进行小范围精确定位。仿真结果显示,该算法性能优于文献中提出的算法,稳定性、速度和精度已经达到较高程度。

Abstract: The article gives a new method preprocessing the iris which uses complex diffusion filter to process iris smoothly. The first method makes use of the edge-preserving smoothing character of the diffused filter to pick-up some points of iris’ internal edge. Then it uses the method of three points to fix on the center of circle to calculate the iris’ center. Finally this paper decides the iris’ center and radius accurately in a small scope by using standard Hough transform. As emulator shows that the method is superior to the existing methods. The performance of speed, robustness and precision achieve high level.
