摘要： 计算机工程实现其自身价值的方式是软件系统的运行使用。对软件系统的运行维护是保障计算机系统不断创造价值的过程。软件维护是软件生命周期中时间最长、费用最大的最后阶段。做好软件系统的运行维护工作，可以延长软件的使用寿命，降低运行成本。该文从管理的角度，借鉴了IT 服务管理的方法论ITIL，在企业的业务系统中，设计并实现其中的变更管理流程，实现了对应用系统的有效维护。

Abstract: Software maintenance is the longest, the most expensive and the last phase. Good software maintenance can extend the of the software,and reduce the cost of the operation. This article describes the design and implementation of the ITIL’s change management in the enterprise application system, which is maintained very well.
