摘要: 从软件重用角度对可重构MES 体系结构及相关构件复用技术进行了研究。给出了开放、可扩展的可重构MES 平台软件框架及构件获取技术;建立了可重构制造执行系统平台的功能层次结构;并对系统进行了设计和软件实现。该系统已在实际企业生产管理中试运行,结果表明,它提供的功能模块符合企业实际生产需要,并解决了传统制造执行系统适应性和可重构性差等问题。

Abstract: This paper puts forward the architecture and correlative component reuse technology of a configurable component-based manufacturingexecution system(MES), establishes it’s function model and archetypal system. The system has been put into real use of enterprise producingmanagement. The result proves that the function modules it provided can meet the requirement of real producing and solves the problems such asadaptability and reconstructivity, which exist in the traditional MES.
