摘要: 利用嵌入式GUI MicroWindows 和经裁减的OpenH323 协议栈,该文给出了一种基于Alchemy Au1100 MIPS32 CPU 的嵌入式视频会议终端的软件实现,在具体分析软件测试中出现的H.263 视频编解码和MicroWindows 视频显示效率低的问题后,通过对H.263 编解码器中的DCT 分块变换、运动估计算法及GUI 的FrameBuffer 视频显示作了有针对性的优化改进,使软件充分利用了嵌入式CPU Au1100的硬件资源,从而满足了嵌入式终端视频实时通信的实用需要。

Abstract: Depending on embedded GUI MicroWindows and reduced OpenH323 protocol stack, this paper focuses on software implementation of an embedded videoconference terminal based on Alchemy Au1100 MIPS32 CPU. After analyzing problems about inefficient H.263 video encoding and MicroWindows video display in software testing, this paper describes the key optimization technologies in detail, which are adopted in the implementation of DCT transform, motion estimation and GUI frameBuffer display, so that hardware resources of the embedded CPU AU1100 is used effectively and the need for video real-time communication is satisfied.
