摘要： 随着鱼雷生产数量的增加，鱼雷生产费用呈下降趋势。该文根据生产费用和累计产量呈近似指数关系的经验，对灰色系统理论的GM(1,2)模型进行了改进，原始数据不再进行累加运算，直接建立模型。结合实例建立了鱼雷生产费用和累计产量的灰色模型。结果表明，该方法能达到令人满意的精度，具有实用价值。

Abstract: Producing cost of torpedo decreases with the increase of output. GM(1,2) model of the grey system theory is improved by using the experience of the exponential relationship between producing cost and cumulative output. Original data is used to set up model and will not be accumulated. A grey model of producing cost and cumulative output of torpedo is set up by this method. Result indicates that this model can achieve satisfactory precision. At the same time, it has practical value
