摘要： 构件技术是软件复用的主要发展方向之一，该文简要地介绍了基于构件的软件开发方法(CBD)，提出了一种基于构件的视频监控系统开发模型，并以此为基础设计并实现了一个远程视频监控系统。该系统已在仓库、学校得到应用，效果良好。

Abstract: The component software is one of the main technology of software reusing. This paper discusses component based software development(CBD) and introduces a component-based video surveillance system development pattern. This paper also presents the design and implementation of a remote video survekillance system based on them. Applications in warehouses and schools show that the system is feasible and stable.
