摘要： 传统基于Windows 平台的IIS、ASP、MS SQL Server 构建管理系统的方式，不仅内存资源花费多，而且硬件通常要求也很高，导致总体成本的上升。文章提出了一种基于JSP 和MySQL 技术来构建人事管理系统的方案，设计并实现了一种动态可维护的表结构。实验证明，此方法提高了系统的实用性、方便性及通用性。

Abstract: Traditional management system based on Windows IIS, ASP, MS, SQL not only wasts software resource more, but also requires hardware resource better, which results in rising for the cost.
