摘要: SLA 管理系统的吞吐率和响应时间是影响管理系统客户满意度的重要指标。在分析SLA 管理系统基础上,采用随机Petri 网和OPNET 工具进行了建模。对模型系统的关键指标“吞吐率”和“响应时间”进行了仿真和性能评价。仿真结果在“863”项目实施过程中对开发和部署起到了很好的指导作用。

Abstract: It is difficult to manage SLA across Internet. Throughput and response time are key parameters of SLA management system and impact degree of customer satisfaction, models are made by using stochastic Petri network (SPN) and OPNET. Both parameters are evaluated on these models. Results are used in the process of project implementation and deployment.
