摘要: 提出了基于网络环境的DNC远程诊断及监控系统,将CAN总线网络与Ethernet(车间以太网)、Internet结合,研究了该系统的体系结构、各部分的功能及相互关系,并探讨了该系统实现过程中的一些关键技术,解决了DNC数控机床关键部位的实时监控及故障诊断问题,有助于提高远程故障诊断的可实现性和准确率,达到提高企业效率的目的。

Abstract: By combining CAN Fieldbus with Ethernet and Interne, a kind of remote diagnosis and monitor system of DNC machine tool is presented. The system structure, the function of each part and their relations are studied, and the key technologies for realizing system are discussed in detail.
