Distributed Ultrasonic Deformation Monitoring System Based on CAN Bus

摘要: 针对目前形变监测技术难以对大型地下围压空间形变实现大面积覆盖性监测的问题,提出一种基于CAN总线的分布式超声形变监测系统。该系统包含超声传感器单元、FPGA采集处理系统、CAN总线通信系统、上位机监控管理中心及形变评估算法模型。实验结果表明,该系统具有在线测量等特性,可实现大面积覆盖性形变监测。

Abstract: For the problems that some deformation monitoring techniques are difficult to achieve large area coverage monitoring for the deformation of underground space with confining pressure, a distributed ultrasonic deformation monitoring system based on Controller Area Network(CAN) bus is proposed. The system consists of ultrasonic sensor unit, Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) acquisition and processing system, CAN bus communication system, monitoring and management center on host computer and deformation evaluation algorithm model. Experimental results show that the system has some characteristics such as on-line monitoring and it can achieve coverage deformation monitoring for a large area.
