连续消耗应急资源调度问题研究

摘要: 针对连续消耗应急资源调度问题,改进系统最早应急开始时间表达式并给出证明,建立单应急点资源调度非线性整数规划模型,考虑资源到达时间的衔接,提高应急资源保障的可靠度,将单应急点资源调度模型推广到多应急点的情形,给出求解方法,解决多应急点应急时间最早、参与应急点及应急线路最少的调度方案求取问题。仿真实例结果证明了该模型的合理性和求解方法的有效性。

Abstract: According to the characteristic of continuous consume resources schedule emergency problem, the expression of the earliest emergency start-time is proposed based on the existing results and its proof is given in this paper. The multi-objectives nonlinear integer model is established for the one-emergency spot system. The reliability of the optimal decision is considered in this model. Further, the model is extended in condition of the multi-emergency spots, and its algorithm is given. The resources dispatch scheme is obtained based on the earliest emergency-start-time to minimize the number of retrieval sports and supply route. It gives examples to illustrate the rationality of the model and the efficiency of the algorithm proposed in this paper.
