摘要: 设计一种基于嵌入式Windows 系统的便携式变压器振动监测与故障诊断系统。介绍系统设计与实现的 关键技术,包括信号采集、信号调理、A / D 转换等硬件模块以及数据库、故障诊断算法、用户界面等软件模块的开发 过程。该系统通过采集变压器的振动、电流、电压等信号对变压器状态及其故障进行分析与诊断,使用多种分析诊 断算法,包括谱分析、幅值分析等常规方法,以及周期性诊断算法、模型诊断算法等新的分析诊断方法,用于及时地 发现变压器的异常并发出警报。应用结果表明,该系统能够方便、有效地实现变压器运行状态及其故障的带电 监测。

Abstract: This paper designs a portable transformer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on vibration analysis method. The system designs and offers pivotal technologies,including hardware and software modules such as signal sampling and conditioning,A/ D converting,database,fault diagnosis algorithms and user interface. This system can analyze the condition of transformer based on monitoring transformer signals including vibration,current,voltage and temperature. It contains fault diagnosis algorithms,besides normal signal processing method such as spectrum analysis and amplitude analysis. There are also new diagnosis methods like periodicity diagnosis algorithm and the diagnosis algorithm based on transformer vibration modeling. The methods are used for detecting the transformer abnormal and sending alarm. The test result shows that this system conveniently and effectively realizes live monitoring of transformer condition and fault.
