摘要:

弹载计算机是导弹武器系统的核心部件,具有复杂的电气特性及对外接口,而现有测试设备不能满足新研制的弹上设备的测试需求。为此,在对弹载计算机的测试需求进行分析的基础上,设计一种面向弹载计算机的自动化测试设备(ATE)通用平台,并提供设计准则和实现方法 。经实验验证,该ATE通用平台适用于多种类型的弹载计算机设备,可进行全面的功能性能检测,与传统专用ATE平台相比,能有效地提高检测的故障识别率、降低故障虚警率,且具有更强的通用性、可靠性和可扩展性。

Abstract:

The missile-borne computer,as the core component of the missile weapon system,has the complex electric characteristics and external interfaces.The existing test equipment cannot meet the test requirement of the newly developed missile equipment.So this paper designs an Automatic Test Equipment(ATE) general platform on missile-borne computer and provides the design criteria and implementation method based on the analysis of the test requirement of missile-borne computer.It is verified by experiment that the ATE general platform is applicable to many types of missile-borne computer,and can perform comprehensive functional and performance detection.Compared with the traditional special ATE platform,the proposed platform can effectively improve the fault detection rate and reduce the false alarm rate,and has stronger generality,reliability and expansibility.
