摘要: 针对传统多普勒胎心率检测仪精度低、反应慢、稳定性差和功耗大等问题,结合智能手机提出一种改进的胎心率检测系统。将超声多普勒检测终端检测到的胎心信号经音频接口传给智能手机,在手机上运行改进的胎心率检测算法,同时精简超声多普勒检测终端的硬件结构,以降低功耗和成本。在信号处理模块前端增加信号检测模块,从信号源出发,剔除突变或纯噪声信号,输出有效胎心信号,在保障检测精度的同时,提高胎心检测的实时性。对胎心模拟信号的检测结果验证了该系统的准确性和实用性。

Abstract: The traditional Doppler fetal heart rate detector has the problems of low measurement accuracy,slow response,poor stability and high power consumption.Aiming at these problems,combining with smartphone,this paper proposes an improved fetal heart rate detection system.Using the smartphone audio interface,fetal heart signal detected by ultrasound Doppler detection terminal is passed to smartphone,and the improved fetal heart rate detection algorithm is running in it.At the same time,the hardware architecture of the Doppler detection terminal is simplified to reduce power consumption and cost.A signal detection module is added before the signal processing module,starting from the signal source,which effectively eliminates mutation or pure noise signal.Experimental results of detecting the fetal heart from a simulated signal verify the accuracy and usefulness of the proposed system.
