蔗糖自动煮炼过程中计算机控制的数据处理

Abstract: Aiming at influence of noise and interference in computer control in process of automatic cane-sugar bowking, based on the technology of supersaturated and non-contact microwave sensing detection and wireless data transmission, this paper puts forward the technical scheme of noise cancellation, and researches into double-treating data sampling, which adopts cubical smoothing algorithm with five-point approximation. Field tests prove it has good performance. This scheme is effective and has important value for designing new product line and advancing the technique of cane sugar manufacture.

摘要: 针对自动煮炼蔗糖计算机控制过程中各种噪声和干扰因素的影响,提出基于过饱和度非接触式微波传感检测和无线数据传输中削弱噪声的技术方案,探讨采用五点三次平滑方法对采样数据进行二次处理的方法。现场试验证明,该方案取得了较好的效果,对蔗糖自动煮炼生产线设计或技术改造有较好的应用价值。
