摘要: 在对突发公共卫生事件需求分析的基础上,分析了城市突发公共卫生疫情分析与决策系统的基本功能,阐述了突发公共卫生疫情分析与决策系统与数字城市之间的关系,对其概念模型进行了设计,并论述了系统的技术实现。

Abstract: Based on the city’s emergence public health hazards system (EPHHS) requirement analysis, this paper analyzes the basic emergence public health system functions and the relationship between the EPHHS and digital city. Then it gives the system conceptual model and describes the technology implementation of the system.
