摘要： 阐述了基于HLA 的水下战仿真系统的结构组成，介绍了仿真的建模过程，并详细说明了视景观察器开发的关键技术和主要过程，在PC 图形工作站上实现了满足实时性要求的视景观察器。

Abstract: The paper introduces the component of underwater attack system firstly, the process of simulation modeling is presented, and key technic and process of visualization observer is explained. Finally it realizes the observer satisfied the real time requirement on the PC's graph workstation.
