摘要： 针对企业中不同平台的异构资源集成问题，给出了一个基于Web 服务的ERP 系统设计和开发实例，论述了系统设计和开发过程，说明了其SOAP 协议的实现过程。系统主要采用Web 服务技术解决移动计算在制造企业的应用时引起的异构平台间系统集成问题。系统对企业中的Legacy 系统实现很好的集成，使制造企业中的ERP 系统具有适用于多平台的开放式结构。

Abstract: To integrate separate resources in different environments, this paper comes out when mobile computing is applied in manufacturing industry. As new enterprise application integration (EAI) technology, Web services can well integrate different enterprise applications including legacy systems and enable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system be more open. The process of designing and developing an open ERP system with mobile computing is presented, and the case of the ERP system based on Web services in a locomotive and rolling stock works is given as an example. This open ERP system mainly uses Web services technology to solve the problem of system integration between different environments.Meanwhile, the realization of it by simple object access protocol (SOAP) is illustrated.
