摘要: 简述了网络MPLS 流量工程的现状,提出了一种基于MPLS 的流量工程系统管理模型。该模型的特点是:管理功能模块边缘化,运输功能模块平面化,在高速、简单的运载核心上运行一个可管理的流量承载平台。模型的有效性通过形式和仿真两个方面得到验证。

Abstract: The paper proposes the condition of the network’s MPLS traffic engineering, and presents a management model based MPLS traffic engineering system. With minimized tuning operations, those running an Internet backbone or a core network of an ISP can save their cost on bandwidth. This mode focuses on the fairly traffic forwarding capability distribution. Based on a distributed algorithm, a network is built up on which the traffic is carried by virtual trunks. The model is proved works both on theory and application.
