摘要: 对虚拟天文台技术的研究,从单个数据库存取扩展到了基于网络的分布在世界范围的多个数据库交叉存取、网格计算,该文介绍了虚拟天文台技术发展的各个方面内容。最后简要地叙述并概括了虚拟天文台技术的发展方向。从虚拟天文台技术的研究中,可以看到一个分布式系统的例子及在网格发展历程中一个数据网格例子,从中可看到新一代计算环境的发展趋势。

Abstract: The research of the virtual observatory technologies extends to across access numbers of databases which is based on network and distributed over the world from single database, continues to extend to grid computing. This paper introduces various technologies contents of development of the virtual observatory and the development direction of the VSO technologies. From the research of the VSO technologies, an example of distributed system, an example of data grid can be learnt from the research. A development trend of next generation computing environment can also be learnt
