摘要: 针对目前电子政务系统的新需求,基于Web Services 技术提出了一种新的分布式电子政务平台构造方案,它可以跨越不同机构的应用体系、操作系统、开发语言等的界限,以服务的形式封装数据和应用并对外发布,供用户调用,从而形成一个基于Web 的服务共享平台。文中从阐述Web Services 的概念入手,详细介绍了所开发电子政务平台的架构、软件体系结构及系统拓扑结构,并给出了基于该平台的两种应用场景。

Abstract: According to the current demand of E-Government, a new dynamic distributed architecture is put forward. In this architecture, data and applications are encapsulated as Web services to publish, which can be discovered or invoked by other users or application crossing(via) Internet without any limitation from application systems, operating systems or programming languages, thus the Web become a platform providing not only information but also services. After briefly explaining the conception of Web services, this paper elaborates on the technology schema, the software frame and the system topology of this new E-Government platform. Two examples are illustrated at the last part.
