摘要: 针对TCP Westwood 拥塞避免算法在误码率较高的无线网络环境下性能仍显不足的问题,对TCP Westwood 算法进行了改进,形成了基于选择性确认丢包恢复的TCP Westwood-SACK 改进算法。通过仿真表明,改进后的TCP 算法在高误码率情况下,进一步提高了网络利用率和吞吐量,同时仍具有很好的公平性和友好性。

Abstract: This paper proposes TCP Westwood congestion control and resolves the inefficient transfer under wireless networks with high bit error rate. This new algorithm is based on selective acknowledgement loss recovery scheme. Simulation results show that it further improves the throughput and bandwidth utilization of network under lossy link environments and keeps good fairness and friendliness of TCP Westwood algorithm.
