摘要： 设计并实现了一个大规模网络测量系统FOX，该系统除具备较好的通用性、可扩展性特点之外，以一种安全高效的方式实现了对自动协作式测量的支持。目前该系统已经在实际网络测量中得到了应用。

Abstract: This paper designs and implements a large-scale Internet measurement system named FOX. FOX supports automatic execution ofcooperation measurement and has good adaptability and scalability. By using the execution scheduler, the system executes repetitive measurements in an effective way. The results collecting mechanism of FOX is designed to effectively and safely collect measurements data. And the system has been used in network measurement.
