摘要： 为了在对等数据管理中实现基于语义匹配的知识检索，文章通过分离对等基础层和语义支持层，提出了一个实现语义覆盖对等信息共享系统的两层框架。该框架兼顾了系统可伸缩性和语义互操作性，并满足普适性原则。测试表明，该两层框架是可行的、有效的，且易于实现。

Abstract: In order to implement knowledge retrieval based on semantic matching in the P2P data managements, a two-layer framework for semantic overlay P2P info-sharing system is put forward by separating the semantic supported layer from the P2P basic layer. This framework has system scalability as well as semantic interoperability, and satisfies the universality principle. It′s proved that the two-layer framework is available, feasible and can be easily realized in practices.
