摘要: 针对航标维护存在费用高、周期长以及实时性差等缺陷,采用GIS、GPS、GPRS/GSM 与数据库等技术设计开发航标遥测遥控信息系统。系统由低功耗遥测平台、C/S 结构的中心数据服务器与GIS 风格的客户端等部分组成,具备“数据采集—遥测遥控—预警预报—Web 发布”等功能,针对性地制订维护计划,提高效率。

Abstract: To solve current defects of pharos maintenance such as high fare and inopportunely recover etc., a pharos remote controlling information system is developed based on GPS, GIS and GPRS/GSM techniques. The system consists of remote terminal unit(RTU), C/S structural client and server, achieving ‘pharos status acquiring, remote control, warning forecast, Web-released’. It helps to revise schedule of maintaining pharos, improving efficiency.
