摘要： 提出一种基于XML的装备体系能力知识管理系统，从能力知识文档中抽取知识，将其规范到结构化的XML文档，利用Native- XML数据库，实现对能力需求知识的抽取及其管理。实验结果表明，该系统能够有效利用大量历史知识和实时经验知识，提高联合作战中武器装备体系的整体效能。

Abstract: This paper proposes a capability knowledge management in equipment system based on XML. It holds the knowledge obtained in the structured XML document, and manages the knowledge of mission and capability requirement using Native-XML to realize knowledge extraction and management. Experinmental results show this system can improve the whole efficiency of equipment system by using large mount of experience before.
