摘要： 在深入研究PACS 体系结构的基础上，结合CORBA 分布式对象技术，提出了一个基于CORBA 的PACS 体系结构，并基于该结构给出了DICOM 图像存取服务的设计。新的体系结构不仅提高了PACS 整个系统的执行性能，还满足了PACS 今后发展中提出的较高的互联互操作性和开放性的要求。

Abstract: Based on the research of PACS architecture and integration of CORBA, the paper presents a CORBA based PACS architecture. Furthermore, a design of DICOM image access service is presented. The new architecture not only enhances the performance of PACS, but also meets the need of open and high interconnectivity & interoperability.
