Abstract: A method to determine the severity level of dispute policy based on safe configuration guidance is presented. When route oscillationsoccur, the approach to seek the dispute routing policies identifies the dispute policy set inducing route oscillations. Then according to the safeconfiguration guidance, the severity level of dispute policy is determined. Finally, a simulation instance is given in order to explain the results of thismethod.
