摘要： 提出了项目过程模型和项目数据标准，设计和实现了项目过程监控与改进管理系统，从过程建模的角度帮助软件项目开展过程管理，整合各个软件工具，以项目数据为中心，控制项目进度、工作量、成本、规模等，有效地解决了软件项目过程数据的采集、转化、分类、管理和分析的问题。

Abstract: This paper proposes project process model and data standard. It designs and realizes project process monitor system, which develops process management by process modeling, and integrates software tools together. The system controls the schedule, workload, cost, scale, etc, it solves some problems including data collecting, transferring, classifying, managing and analyzing efficiently.
