摘要： 随着FPGA 和SoPC(System on Programmable Chip)技术的迅速发展，基于FPGA 的嵌入式系统得到了广泛的研究和应用。该文针对目前比较有影响和特点的4 款嵌入式CPU 软核Nios/Nios2、MicroBlaze、Leon2/Leon3 和OpenRISC1200 进行了性能分析和对比，最后分析了各个CPU 软核的特点。

Abstract: With the rapid development of FPGA and SoPC (system on programmable chip) technology, embedded system based on FPGA is researched and used widely. Four influential and distinctive CPU soft-cores: Nios/Nios2, MicroBlaze, Leon2/Leon3 and OpenRISC1200 are compared by performance in this paper. And at last, characteristics of those soft-cores are analyzed
