摘要： 在CAPP 系统的二次开发中，特殊符号(粗糙度及公差等)的输入输出问题一直是个难题，一般采用Windows 自带的造字程序将所有特殊符号生成TrueType 字体，然后用区位输入法输入处理。这种方法的弊端在于字体是静态生成的，字形及数量不可扩展，使用人员不能任意输入，而采用动态生成TrueType 的方式可以生成任意字符且不受数量的限制，因而从根本上解决了特殊符号的处理问题。文章在分析了TrueType 字体文件格式的基础上，给出了动态创建TrueType 字体的解决方案及在CAPP 系统中的应用实例。

Abstract: In the redevelopment of CAPP system, the in-out of special symbols, such as roughness and tolerance, are usually be dealt troublesomely with the character editor program in Windows OS, which create the needed TrueType fonts in advance and statically. It’s unextendable and unflexible limit prevents the popularization of CAPP system. Based on the analysis the file format of TrueType font, the article presents the solution and instantiation of dynamic creation of TrueType font in CAPP system.
