摘要： 阐述了基于美国国家ITS 通信协议（NTCIP）和体系结构构建Web 服务的思想，将Web 服务纳入到NTCIP 框架，建立了基于Web 服务的智能交通系统集成体系，并讨论了3 方面的应用，即实现一个系统对另一个系统硬件设备的控制、交通管理经营业务集成、个性化信息与服务定制。

Abstract: This paper elucidates the idea of constructing Web services based on national transportation communications for ITS protocol (NTCIP)and national ITS architecture. The Web services are incorporated into the framework of NTCIP. The architecture is developed about Web services-based integration of intelligent transportation systems. The three application aspects of Web services-based integration are discussed, which includes the realization of one system's control over the other one's hardware and equipment, business integration in transportation management, and customization of information access and functional service
