摘要： 某些客观事物因其复杂性具有或不具有某种特征有时是不确定的、模糊的，针对此类不确定性知识表达和量化的需要，基于模糊粗糙集理论构建了知识表达的模糊粗糙特征集模型，并将其应用于研制经验的不确定性知识表达。实例结果表明，这种方法是合理的、可行的、有效的。

Abstract: The impersonal things which have or do not have some properties are uncertain and vague because of their complicacy. According to the needs of representation and quantification of such uncertainty, the fuzzy rough property set model is set based on the fuzzy rough set. At last, its application to the representation of uncertain of the research experience in the institution is given. It is shown from the results that the approach may be more reasonable, feasible and effective
