摘要: H.264 通过在变换与量化模块中使用尺度因子矩阵来降低其运算复杂度,文章通过消除变换与量化模块中的尺度因子矩阵而推导出了仅与量化参数QP 有关的最佳零块判决阈值,然后提出了结合零块判决的运动搜索算法,并进行了仿真测试,实验结果表明:该算法非常适合于中低码率的实时视频编码应用。

Abstract: In order to decrease the complexity of video coder, H.264 employs a matrix of scaling factors in the transform and quantization. By eliminating the matrix of scaling factors in the transform and quantization, it derives the best zero-block detection threshold relating only with the quantization parameter(QP). Then it proposes a motion estimation algorithm based on zero-block detection. Experimental results show that this algorithm is very efficient in real time mid or low bit rate video encoding.
