Abstract: ATLAS is a popular language in test field, and ATLAS test program can run on any concrete ATE system. Device allocation is an important problem which must be solved in any ATLAS compiler system. The paper presents the idea that ATE system can be viewed as a directed graph. Using the algorithm of graph traversal, the problem on device allocation can be solved simply.
