摘要: 电子政务的建设快速发展,迫切需要信息的交换与整合,尤其是物理隔离的网间信息交换。通过对电子政务信息交换需求的分析,提出了信息交换码头的模型,给出了相应的形式化描述,并通过给出的模型建立出电子政务网间信息交换系统的软件体系结构,最后对此系统的运行特点及其实际应用效果加以说明。

Abstract: Rapid development of the construction of E-GOV affairs needs the exchange and integration of information, especially the exchange between networks at physical isolation. In this paper, based on the analysis of information exchange requirement for E-GOV affairs, a model of information exchange dock is proposed and a formalization description of this model is given. Along with the given model, the software system architecture of that is constructed. Finally, the explanation for the characteristics of system execution and implementation effect in practice is provided.
