摘要: 将地理信息系统(GIS)技术、数据库技术、网络通信技术应用于开发基于园区的水、电、暖、天然气等管网监控与管理系统,可以为管网系统提供一个直观的、实时的、量化的信息平台。该文通过研究管网信息管理与监控系统的需求,给出了其所涉及的关键技术和数据模型,从而构建一种通用的园区网信息管理与监控系统模型,使特定的系统可以在此基础上进行定制。

Abstract: It can provide a visual, real-time and quantitative information platform by using the technology of a geographic information system(GIS), database and network communication to develop a monitor and management system of a district ductwork such as water, power, heating and nature gas supply. This paper gives the data model and key technology in developing such a system by starting with analyzing its demanding. Then it can construct a general management and monitor system of a district ductwork, basing on which a real system can be constructed.
