摘要： 针对武警机动部队跨区“处突”运输保障方案制定的信息化、智能化和高效化的要求，提出了基于Agent 的方案生成系统，阐述了系统的设计和实现技术。该系统充分利用代理计算特点，实现了方案生成的分布、协同处理，方案生成结果合理、完善、灵活。系统在应用中显示了良好的效果和运行稳定性。

Abstract: For the consideration of intelligentized and greatly efficient need of forming transportation support scheme for a police mobile troops spanning area to dispose of paroxysmal, this paper proposes a system of forming scheme based on agents and illustrates technology in design and implementation of the system. The system that utilizes characteristics of agents implements distributed and cooperative works of forming scheme.The scheme is sound and flexible. The application proves that the system is of sound effectiveness and stability.
