摘要: 为了克服H.264 中内插分数像素运算复杂度大的困难,针对H.264 编码的特点,提出了用1-D 滤波代替2-D 滤波的快速内插分数像素的方法。实验表明,在编码性能损失很小的条件下,可以使得内插分数像素运算的时间复杂度大幅度下降,该算法对于H.264 在复杂度受限的平台上的实现具有一定的实用性。

Abstract: In order to solve the difficulties of highly computational demand in interpolation fractional-pel of H.264 video coding standards, based on the characters of the H.264, this paper introduces a fast method that uses 1-D filters instead of 2-D filters for fractional-pel interpolation. Experiments show that with neglectable coding efficiency loss, the fast algorithm can greatly reduce the time complexity of the interpolation process. The fast algorithm is useful for the implementation of the H.264 on the complexity-constrained platform
