摘要: 介绍了一种运用Internet 技术和数据库技术,采用数据库、服务器、浏览器三层结构的梯级水电厂中长期优化调度系统,论述了该系统设计与开发的目标、配置环境、系统结构和功能、关键技术和标准化设计。采用Web Service 技术和ASP.NET 开发工具,开发出了先进、实用、可靠和界面友好的应用软件,并在多个梯级水电厂运行,效果良好。

Abstract: This paper introduces a mid-long term optimized operations system for cascaded hydropower plants, which is based on three-layer browse/server/database framework and uses Internet and database technologies. The object of design and development of this system, system’s structure and function, working environment, key technologies, normalization and standardization design are emphasized. A computer’s software that is advanced, suitable, reliable and friend-user interface is developed by using Web Service and ASP.NET. The software has been applied in many cascaded hydropower plants and the results are satisfactory.
