摘要： 详细论述了基于PLC 和组态软件的海上中心平台注水及原油集输监控系统，给出了监控系统的硬件结构、控制思想、软件结构和实现的功能。

Abstract: This paper discusses the supervisory system of water injection and oil convergence and transportation on sea central platform based on PLC and configuration software in detail and presents the hardware structure and software structure, control philosophy and fuctions of the DCS system.
