摘要: 针对总线型汽车电子控制单元(ECU)的EOL测试问题,设计由待测ECU、测试台、测试仪等组成的电气测试系统,提出一种结构化的测试用例脚本语言编制及其工程化方法。对测试对象进行细分与规划。采用脚本语言对测试用例进行规则化描述,并利用有限自动状态机对其语法进行解析与处理。多路开关检测芯片MC33972的可编程输入接口测试结果表明,该系统能够提高EOL测试效率和可靠性,具有较好的可移植性和通用性。

Abstract: In order to tackle the End of Life(EOL) test problem of Electronic Control Unit(ECU) equipped with communication bus, this paper designs an integrative system platform for electrical testing and brings out a scheme describing how to compile and implement the structured script language for test cases. Test objects are subdivided and classified. Test system and its workflow are put forward, which comprise ECU under test, test board, and tester. Test cases are regularly described by script language whose syntax is modeled and analyzed by finite state machine method. It gives an example that how to test one programmable port of multiple switch detection interface MC33972. Besides commonality and portability, the proposed design scheme can help to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the EOL test.
