摘要： 分析了采用流量工程的新型骨干网络的特点，提出了一种基于遗传算法的网络拓扑设计算法方案。仿真分析表明，本算法方案充分体现了流量工程在拓扑设计中的作用，是有效而可行的。

Abstract: A topology-design algorithm based on the GA is proposed after the analysis of the modern network where TE has been applied. The simulation of this algorithm proves that TE plays great roles on it and it is valid and practical.
