一种低能耗与高精确度的WSN数据融合算法

A Data Fusion Algorithm with Low Energy Consumption and High Accuracy in WSN

摘要: 针对无线传感网中节点能耗增加和数据精确度降低的问题,提出一种基于博弈论的数据融合算法(DFABGT)。采用分簇模型,簇内节点通过收益和能耗相互博弈确定效益函数选取低能耗节点,再将效益函数最大值作为权重代入置信距离计算中得到可靠数据。簇头节点将簇内节点采集的可靠数据传输至Sink节点,由Sink节点基于贝叶斯理论完成数据融合处理。实验结果表明,与E-CPDA、MGDAA及Megrez算法相比,DFABGT算法的数据融合精确度提高了3.9%、21.2%和12.1%,节点能耗降低了28%、22%和19%。

Abstract: To address increased node energy consumption and decreased data accuracy in Wireless Sensor Network(WSN),this paper proposes a Data Fusion Algorithm Based on Game Theory(DFABGT).DFABGT adopts a clustered network structure.The nodes in the cluster decide the benefit function based on the game between benefit and energy consumption,so as to select the nodes with the lowest energy consumption.Then maximum value of the benefit function serves as the weight in the calculation of confidence distance to obtain reliable data.Then the head node of the cluster transmits the reliable data collected by the nodes in the cluster to the Sink node,and the Sink node uses the Bayesian theory to complete data fusion. Experimental results show that compared with the E-CPDA algorithm,the MGDAA algorithm and the Megrez algorithm,the proposed algorithm increases the fusion data accuracy by 3.9%,21.2% and 12.1% respectively,and reduces the energy consumption of nodes by 28%,22% and 19% respectively.
