摘要: 为了指导Web服务生命周期中服务选择、实时监控、管理和计费等各阶段的质量评价应用,该文提出Web服务立体QoS模型,给出其中若干关键质量指标的量化定义,在此基础上应用模糊数学中的模糊算法设计Web服务质量的模糊评价方法。通过原型系统对该QoS模型和评价方法进行了验证,结果表明其具有一定的可行性和适用性。

Abstract: To assist the quality evaluation application of Web services in different phases of whole lifecycle, a tri-dimensional quality of service model is provided, and a few key quality indexes are defined. Based on the QoS model and fuzzy algorithm in fuzzy mathematics, a Web services fuzzy quality evaluation approach is introduced. Also, a prototype is given to verify such a model and evaluation approach. Experimental results support the approach and prove its feasibility and applicability.
