基于比例速率约束的NOMA公平资源分配算法

Fair Resource Allocation Algorithm in NOMA Based on Proportional Rate Constraint

摘要: 针对下行非正交多址接入系统多用户场景,综合考虑吞吐量、服务质量、公平性、串行干扰消除(SIC)能力等因素,提出一种基于比例速率约束的公平资源分配算法。利用比例公平思想设计自适应比例公平用户配对方案,通过动态调整遗忘因子加快调度优先级的更新速度。设计最优功率分配方案以保证SIC的正确执行,同时为进一步提升配对用户间的公平性,给出基于比例速率约束的2种功率分配方案,获得相对稳定的功率分配关系。仿真结果表明,在保证系统吞吐量的前提下,该算法可有效提升接入系统的用户数和用户间公平性。

Abstract: For multi-user scenarios of downlink Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA) system,this paper proposes a fair resource allocation algorithm based on proportional rate constraints,which considers throughput,Quality of Service(QoS),fairness,Successive Interference Cancellation(SIC) and other factors.Based on Proportional Fairness(PF),an Adaptive PF(APF) scheme for user pairing is designed,accelerating the update of scheduling priority by dynamically adjusting forgetting factors.An optimal power allocation scheme is designed to ensure SIC can be correctly implemented.Two other power allocation schemes are also designed based on proportional rate constraints to provide comparatively stable power allocation,improving fairness between paired users.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the fairness between users and the number of users having access to the system while keeping the system throughput.
